I have been wrong about real estate prices for decades, as values rose, and at the same time watching debt rise in tandem. But when one sees the 30 year treasury bond yield, perhaps that explains most of it as interest rates have fallen, now to negative levels in that time.

Cheap money is always looking for a "home".
