There sure is a lot of sin around. Absolutely, human history certainly shows that.

All your prophet gives you is a free pass to a possibly non-existent place called Heaven.

You can understand why the idea of hell bothers people, but heaven does too. As does salvation by grace.

"Love your neighbor as yourself."
What a good idea. Are neighbors the people next door, or are we all neighbors? Do you have to love, could you even pretend to love, the people next door, if they are a bi-racial GLBT Muslim socialist couple, or could you only love them if they are the same as you?

Of course, neighbor refers to people not like ourselves. The parable about the Good Samaritan tells us that.
