The problem is, they live in a world of make-believe. They have deliberately chosen to live in a world where "facts" are made up out of thin air and bear only a tangential relationship to reality. They truly believe that the only reason they lose elections is because there is massive voter fraud. This has two effects, one they don't have to re-evaluate their positions because they believe everyone already agrees with them and two, it is ok to cheat and try to get around voting rules because of the massive cheating by Democrats. That is apparently becoming an issue in Kansas. google.com
