That was a most interesting comparitive analysis of computer programs
and some people's perception of the overall integrity of such.I agree
with you there 100%.Here's another example for ya................

My background in Telecom primarily,and monitor/control systems more
recently,provided an oportunity to observe similar situations where
the Teck's call on a situation outweighs the mainframe's analysis.In
my last job with a railway,we had a system for monitoring the heat
generated by the journals and bearings in passing trains as they roll
over the detectors.Evey now and again,especially as it turned cold,we
would loose the readings on one of them on just one rail.The program
would generate an alert to the operator,and by rules of safety,would
instruct the engineer to follow the prescribed proceedure.What could
not possibly be programed into the box was the fact that as it started
to get cold,MICE would scamper into the heat regulated scanners
after the previous train,and block the optics from reading follow-up
trains.I did suggest a MOUSE IN SCANNER!! alert,but I think the
NTA etc. kinda balked at it.ha ha ha...Just kidding...........

So the same goes here doesn't it.There are just too many variables in
Junior Market to fully rely on a program.I would like to see it or try
it though,without laying out the big buckaroos they want up front.

I was listening to Ted Carter one day,and he mentioned a program he
uses to " filter " the Junior Market.Anyone have an idea what this is?
