Thanks very much for the recap Dave, have not had the opportunity to listen in yet. I did write RW many weeks ago regarding this delay. ie given they met with HC in Feb 2015, given the expertise of their scientists, and that they did submit in Sept 2015, how could they have missed what HC would require so extensively? The answer was simple cheerleading and not a direct response to my pointed question. I was not satisfied. Upon a further query from me Roger stated:

"Health Canada / FDA will simply state that a Company either does or does not address their questions / concerns. It is therefore up to the Company to determine what information is best required to pacify the government regulators"

Perhaps the development of their device for infusion of the PDC added to the complexity of the ITA submission? Certainly seems they have taken the time to be so comprehensive as to eliminate any concerns of HC.

I am confident we are now on the way. Catheters in to the bladder occur daily and it certainly appears that TLT has put months of data together to address HC concerns, should now only be how long HC takes to deal with the submission. Chart seems to be supportive of TLT moving forward.

Won't be at the computer today, have a great day.
