As for your concern about "a misguided letter to the FBI," I assume you mean a letter leading to arrest and conviction of a developer on 56 counts of bribery, money laundering, wire fraud, and tax evasion, and a sentence of 12 years in federal prison, along with convictions for four of his buddies. I don't know what that has to do with WDC or this thread, unless someone is trying to tout the stock in violation of securities laws.
