It is the same problem as with gun laws. Reasonable ones are fine. But when they constitute an attempt to make gun ownership more difficult (e.g., like recent interest in requiring "insurance", which is stupid) then it crosses the line.

Mere disproportionality is insufficient. We've seen these kinds of figures misused by demagogues like Obama and Clinton. But disproportionality combined with an apparent intent to to make it more difficult for specifically blacks to register is obviously not right.

Still, reasonable registration measures like requiring a standardized, scannable voter ID makes good sense and does not in any way discriminate. That it discriminates is a liberal lie. That's about all there is to it.

Courts are so politicized at this point a liberal court will do anything to put more blacks in the voting booth. we know that.

I don't know why the far left nutjobs like yourself can't just be a little bit reasonable.
