I don't expect any real rally until ACCO comes out and says they will support the current minority shareholders. Their current position is that they will acquire the rest of the stock, and they will pay the same as the first tender offer. Until they change their position (or it is changed for them....) the stock price will not vary significantly from its current pricing.

The current pricing has nothing to do with the street. It is specifically set by ACCO's policies and statements in their tender offer circular. I wonder when we are going to see the second quarter results? Should be next week in theory (last year they came out on October 1st).
