Craig,
I am impressed with your work and dilligence. This, along with seeking/excersising some degree of concern/control over the board and the top management is what a shareholder needs to do during this times, not just cry foul. I've been trying to help out too but I am not even close to your number of leads. Still, there are big companies out there well aware of Ancor in particular and FC in general. It's taking longer than expected, though, for anything to materialize - I have settled and I am comfortable with that thought.
Investor friendly package is doable. One of my other Minnesota companies <g>, Global Maintech, was able to do a quite impressive financing this summer. Actual sales are still less than 4M/Y, competition is tense in their industry - Tivoli (IBM), and CA to mention two - yet someone lent them $2M in non-convertible notes. Perhaps we should get the two management teams together for an Ice (pun intended) fishing weekend <g>.
OFF TOPIC
POCI is well ahead of itself at these levels, but that, for me, is not a reason to sell. I'm in for the very long run. Good thing the reaction today is not ahead of itself.
Happy New Year!
