At the same time we have a President with broad authority, that can veto, veto, veto or with his executive pen make any ruling desired. Bill Clinton was a champion as he smiled and used the executive pen transferring power of our states to the federal level. Obama played a lot of golf------did he carry his executive pen with him?? It is not only the Congress it is the Executive Level of Government. At this time the system of Checks and Balance is not itself in balance. That needs to be reset. mj
