Chuck Courson's response to some of my frustrations:

Thought I would share the following with folks here on the forum. I sent Chuck Courson an email last week on the release of their Q1 numbers questioning him how much faith I can put in the management and the numbers. Following is his response I just got a few minutes ago:

______________________________________________________________________

Kit:

As far as faith in the management team and numbers is concerned all I
can say is that we have a new management team that was not responsible
for what happened the past two years and I get the very clear impression
they will not let it happen in the future. There is a big difference
between the management styles of an entrepreneur and a corporate
executive.

Based on this, you have good reason to believe in the Q1 numbers. But
getting them audited would only increase our expense and delay the
process. As far as future quarterly audits, nothing has been discussed
and therefore I cannot comment.

As you now know, our press releases have started to roll out.

I regret your frustration and expect we will justify your support in the
coming months.

Chuck Courson

Folks: any comments on Courson's response? Is Mike Ivezic no longer running the show? It seems like Bob Hill is running the company now.

BTW, Luminart had another press release early today about an alliance with a Swedish screen printing machine manufacturer.

Regards,

Kit
