6th day BB upper band touch in XBI. Only previously healthy mkts make it this far. No periods with losses more than a few percent until now. 1 yr returns ok, not great. But more confirmation bear is being exited. Returns generally 50-100% (twice at high end) from point where returns from high pass -30% or so. So that puts us past current 52 week high by 5-40% 1 yr out. 90-125.
