Nope! I looked at two time intervals: The last 100 years, and the last 35 years. And they both say the same thing. You can also look at the data from end to end (the 100+ years) and it will still say the same thing.

The only way you can make your point is for you to cherry pick from peaks and valleys, no matter how brief they are. But if you want to go that way, I can do the same and come to different conclusion. But I choose not to cherry pick the data.
