The share price dropped before the court case. News pending should have nothing to do with VCC's position. What is happening internally at Xinex? We haven't seen anything yet. Helix increased financial commitment is nice but it doesn't give anyone a sense of the product. Where are the beta test site reports. Does anyone have an idea of shares outstanding including options to but more shares. My sense is that the float will limit upside. We may need a 50 to 1 consolidation.
