Tom - No problem.. I say we can agree to disagree, if you'll allow me 3 points.... 1) Microsoft had no ready competitor waiting to supplant Windows 95 when it was late.... Ericsson wouldn't have that luxury if they came in 2 years late with WCDMA. 2) Don't forget to factor in the dividends from ERICY into your ratio. If I'm not mistaken, QCOM doesn't yet have those. 3) Proving that Ericsson isn't doing something is like asking me to prove I don't abuse my spouse.... You can't prove a negative, just like you can't conclusively verify people's intentions or motives (the O.J. Simpson trial notwithstanding). DWB
