"Some where along the line your doctors office asked for a photo id." Next time I drive by the clinic, I'll look for a long line of people showing photo IDs, and join it. Now that you mention it, i can't remember showing a photo ID to get my last hospital job. They gave me their own, but they didn't demand proof that I was me before issuing it. They took my word for it.
