Yup; no good reason why Kevin Durant and the Warriors shouldn't be paying taxes on his entire $20M dollar salary, instead of just the first $115K. SS is currently a very regressive tax.

They can raise bennies all they want. There's a very high tax on it, making it means-tested. That money goes back into the SSTF. It's only ridiculous if you're a no-tax republican.
