Jim,

Checked out the huge volume onn CMB with my broker and what is interesting that at-the-money calls only had average volume but those 30/40/50 points in the money calls had the huge volume.

Well, must be institutions buying and they probably know something to invest that much. Would have to presume that CMB and the BKX will be going up soon. I would also venture that it will move up probably on Friday or Monday. They aint going to have all that much money on hold.
