I think it may be time to take another look at Brisio, I expect things to get a bit more active in the coming few months.
The company owns 420,000 shares of LTE, trading around $1.40. Over $500k equity.
PTE is trading at a new 52-week high, $0.37. BZI owns 1.2M shares @ .125 + 600k warrants at .25. Over $400k equity.
Paul is bringing a biotech public in the fall, and I expect BZI to take a significant position for up to 10% in the company. BZI usually gets a chance for a private investment prior to the public offering, as well. The LTE pre-public investment has ended up being a 10-bagger for BZI so far.
I believe the majority of the ITM was sold in the run up in July, as well. So there is cash on hand to make the biotech investment.
