Trump’s campaign has been reeling this week following the Republican presidential nominee’s public feud with the parents of U.S. Army Capt. Humayun Khan, a Muslim who was killed in Iraq, and Trump’s refusal to endorse House Speaker Paul Ryan for re-election in Wisconsin.
