No. I had to fill out forms. Lots and lots of forms. All of which asked my name and address. Many times. But no ID check. I never had a medicaid card. Maybe that is what I am doing wrong. Maybe that is why they ask for your ID? I have to admit, I am not familiar with using medicaid. Can you give me some tips?
