A normal person would be humiliated to cry out, "My group is too stupid to follow voting rules! We need special laws to hold our hands, waive all rules for us, and ensure that we vote despite the rules!"
Also, "My group is so stupid that no one will admit us to college or hire us! We need special laws to force the normal people to waive their standards, admit us to college, and hire us!"
Also, "My group is too stupid to obey the law and cooperate with the police when stopped. We need special laws to excuse us from the rules and laws of civilization!"
Also, "My group is the hardest hit by AIDS and all STDs. We only have our stupid selves to blame, but we need special laws to project the blame onto normal people and receive compensation for the consequences of our own stupidity!"
Also, "My group is so stupid that we commit the highest rate of crime by far, but if anyone brings up that fact, we will go and cry to the authorities, and we will cry and cry and cry and cry until they make them stop saying the truth about us, coz the truth hurts our little sissy feelings!"
