That is not my point. In fact, it seems to be the attitude of Nanny and others to brush off the SEC charges against PRST and its officers by saying that the shorts were doing similar things. I'm glad you don't see it that way.

I also agree that earnings are going to determine the price of PRST shares in the long run. I can't see how a legal action against selected shorts could help long-term PRST earnings. That was my point.
