Happy to oblige Jean, I can find defamation in the post to Helen although it is only a few lines. Please read the quoted text below. "how many tempest did you get out the door? At least the 250 that Frank promised? Or isthat promise just more BS." The last sentence asks if this is just MORE BS. This clearly implies that the company has publicly stated other BS. This is defamation unless you can show concrete proof of other BS that the company has distributed to the public domain. English is a funny old language, if you check Franks statements you will note that at no point did he PROMISE 250 DVG's by year end. All statements were that this was the EXPECTATION. This is a VERY big diference. Martin
