Actually production costs are falling in the US.

Not as cheap as they were in the 1950's adjusted for inflation.

And never will be with the poorer quality geologies that are left on terra firma.

Horizontal drilling and fracking is much more expensive per foot than conventional vertical drilling and completion.

Of course virtually all of the conventional production is pretty much done here in the lower 48..

Depleted except for expensive UDW.

Depletion is a relentless reality.
