The way Buffett looks at the Equity Bond can be found between Chapters 53 and 57 of "Warren Buffett and The Interpretation of Financial Statements", with a relevant reference on page 165 ...



I believe you may have your own copy.
As you know I've summarised much of the relevant contents in my board's Header.

There's also a reference to it in Chapter 16 of "The Buffettology Workbook", although I don't believe there is reference to Long Term Corporate Bonds. More emphasis is given to an "Expanding Coupon".

With regard to REITs, I'm not that sure as to how it would apply to that sector. I'm more of an "Industrial Type Company" person rather than Investment Trusts.
