Hi Richard, I'm not looking for a stock crash like in 1987... Humble 1 does various cycle work using an array of approaches and has been getting a cluster near August 25th ..... as we have been rallying since February and have new highs on the SPX and DJIA, we are just looking the later part of August as a potential time to be reducing stock long exposure for a correction that will be meaningful enough, to want to have some powder dry to take advantage of the sale...... just like after the Brexit sell off.

The bigger issues appear to be occurring in the global debt markets especially the sovereign debt markets that are trading at a negative yield.

Martin Armstrong's thoughts as to how strong the DJIA may become are worth considering especially since we may well see an unwinding of the Euro over the next couple of years.

When interest rates do start to rise in a material way there are going to be a number of insurance companies, pension funds, soverign wealth funds and institutional investors that will experience price declines on their bond portfolios.... that destruction of wealth is not a zero sum game were there is someone on the other side of the trade who is making a profit.... so it will be an interesting time period..... very hard to really understand how all of these markets will unfold over the next few years.

Thanks as always for your thoughts.

John
