BIG TIME HELP NEEDED FOR SUMA

I am up the creek without a paddle

Firstly I hit a full screen and now cannot return to anything plus I cannot get into system restore which is what I need as I am unable to access tool bars and menu for programs.

I do not know how I got into SILICON BB as I had to type it in to even access but now that I am here notice that even though I have full largest text I cannot get to it... I have the smallest and cannot even read with my 85 year old eyes what it is that the screen is saying. I have been so ill that I rarely use computer but when I do as today I am now unable to use it successfully.

I know you who are on this site are very considerate and thoughtful and will reply to this call for help but I do not know whether I an get back in to read it.

Please try anyway.
