Hello Audun, Allan, et al!

I've been away from this thread for a while and want to thank you for keeping it going!

The way I look at it, the downside is so much less at this point than the potential upside, why sell now? This is the type of thing that will take some time to take off. The naysayers can go ahead and sell! I'd rather there were alot of turnover in the shares, to get the original investor group, who may have been subjected to the rosy (no pun intended) promises of Dr. Rosen, out and get in some investors who have seen some of the bumpy road that this permitting process can take.

My read on the Fairhaven permit is that DEP is being very cautious, and really has no other choice, since the press, politicians, and lobbying groups (supported by who knows whom) are all looking over their shoulder. The next cell permitting process needs to be followed flawlessly.

I am surprised that the ENUFF people have as much political support as they do. Landfill remodelling is a legitimate --albeit not the ultimate-- solution. (The ultimate solution is to reduce it from the start) You would think everyone would be in favor of it.
