Gentlemen: Please, don't misunderstand my intentions, I would not assault Mr. Baker, perish the thought (a little verbal tune up should be apropos); and my reference to having to call the police merely meant that, if I didn't get some satisfactory answers they would have to call the police to evict me. Which, I seriously doubt they would do; can't you see the headlines now: company has to call police to evict irate shareholder!
I don't believe it's necessary for anyone to come all the way down here on an if come. I also don't believe that they would be willing to set a meeting in advance and actually show up. My intentions are to go there unannounced. Should no one be there to talk me, I will just sit down in the waiting room and wait. Believe me, I am not the kind of person that people relish seeing lounging around their office. Should no one appear, I will be back in the morning (and the next, etc.); maybe with some friends (again, to just sit).
Baker assurred me that the 10k would be filed this month, if he can't explain why it hasn't (in fact, even if he can), then I want the name of the auditor who is preparing it. I don't believe he can deny me that, legally or morally. In fact, I would rather be able to talk to Cole, I can think of a lot of things I would like to ask him. Who knows, I might get lucky and catch them all. Either way, the key word is OBJECTIVE answers, nothing subjective. Anyone that wants to tag along is welcome; just e-mail me and I'll give you my phone number.
Skaar is right, if they hear from any legal counsel they will nut-up; and, then it might take longer than we would like. Someone had the idea to corral up enough shareholders to make up 10% of the company's holdings, and make a move that way. I don't think that would be as hard as it sounds. Anyway, it might prove to be the right answer.
