It's a good question whether he plans to participate in the debates or how he would do. If the debates were well moderated and very much about substance, there is, of course, no question what happens. The only issue would be just how much Trump is embarrassed. But we've never seen a candidate with so much unpredictability. And the usual cast of moderators are no better than the ones in the primaries. In fact, many of the same characters. Most likely.
