They are having some of the Rohm management people fill in on temporary basis for exar exec's. Kozo did this at a company I worked for too.
fired all top management but me and the two founders. I guess the founders had too much stock to be fired.
It's sort of funny to look around and you're the only one left.
He picked a good team after that but it will be a while for the
xetel team to pulls it off...think by 1997 xetel is up 300%.
The Exar is different. They need top man. team plus engr.
but, they have good mfg practices. the engr will be needed
to lead what memeory does....that's you're only hope in that game right now.
