Yeah, I agree.. If we want corporations and their money to stay in the U.S. we have to have a more competitive tax structure in the U.S. for corporations. But, we could also balance that by cutting many of the corporate deductions and giveaways we allow them. We could also make it a little more advantageous for United States corporations and a little less advantageous for corporations outside the U.S. I doubt that the Chinese and Russians treat their own corporations equally with U.S. Corporations. We should be able to play the same way they do.
