Nope. The program of the same name dates back well to Reagan, the greatest president of the last 100 years. But it was nothing like Obamaphones. (You may recall, cell phone access was very limited during the Reagan years).

But it is the "Obamaphone" because the idiot-in-chief, Obama, radically expanded the program far beyond what ANY other president had done and created an entitlement out of it.

That is why they call it, "Obamaphone." You get that?
