Don't assume the market is so well informed that the current trading price is an efficient indicator of value. First of all, the market for Cycomm is "uninformed" and the market is therefore inefficient because of this. Throw in some short-selling as we have seen from the broking community over the last 3 weeks and the market moves completely away from reality leaving shareholders violated. As short positions are closed out you will see a big bounce in the stock price.

The current price does not fairly value this company. When it was at $20 pre 5/1 reverse split and didn't have much of a marketable product , this was a fair value of its potential.

When you consider that a company like At Home Corporation is capitalized at $2B, doesn't have one customer and is losing $m's daily or Amazon.com being valued at $1.2B when all it is a bookstore or Starbucks Corporation which is valued in the $billions and sells coffee, then you must value Cycomm at much more that $13M.

When I got my economics degree I thought I knew alot about markets. Over the years I have learned that basically what you read in the textbooks about markets being efficient is basically bull. The stock market is motivated more by the seven deadly sins than any sort of rational thinking: greed, lust, envy etc. If you can think like a cornered rat you have a better chance of making money in the stockmarket than any sort of academic.

The way the marekt is is why stocks must be promoted...not so much because the logic of the company's products and potential need to be explained but rather to simply be heard in a market full of overpriced but extremely well promoted garbage.

Happy New Year
