The loan securitzers will still get hit when the business dries up and when the stuff that is still in the sausage factory cannot be sold.
I think they also could be sued, if they did not do due diligence the the data/info in the debt prospectus turns out to be incorrect. If an industry is in a bubble and things go right for a long time, some sloppiness usually is inevitable. Just a general observation , as I Have not looked at this particular business at all. I also have no desire to get involved at this point at all (one reason I sold ALLY, even though the stock is cheap).
