I think a NEW Republican would have LESS difficulties than Trump.

Right now I think the odds favor the Democrats retaking the Senate.

Just the fact that they have so many more Senators up for reelection this year puts them at a disadvantage.
You throw in the Trump factor and that makes it a LOT tougher.

Odds still favor the Republicans holding the House and that's a good thing. A divided government can't screw things up as much.
