Billy, I'm pretty sure that it is a NetMagnet problem. I have Netscape 4 running with NetMagnet, and Internet Explorer 3 running without it. The Netscape doesn't appear to update the SI bookmark page at all, but I can always view the latest information with Internet Explorer. Of course, I could with Netscape too, until I installed NetMagnet. In fact, my Netscape still shows the same bookmark information as it did right after I installed NetMagnet, with the same "New Message" links pointing to messages that I have already seen. It really doesn't appear to be reloading it no matter what I do.

There is a definite lack of online help, any type of context sensitive help, or tutorials of any kind.

At its worst, NetMagnet could be summarized as a history file and bookmarking utility. Some examples of how to use these features for research (or anything useful) would help.
