That is progress, I suppose. There was a time not too long ago when the largest figure you would accept was a few hundred billion.

I suspect you are still leaving out equipment that was worn out, not to mention R&D to build equipment matched better to the conditions, and recurring health costs for those injured. But, progress none the less.
