I have always gone by the actual cost as far as we know it. There was a time when the true cost was a few hundred billion and idiot liberals were calling it $3 Trillion.

I am, however, excluding the cost of Obama's blunders, which will undoubtedly drive it up.

"Cost", to me, is a well-defined term. Stiglitz tried to redefine it in accordance with NewSpeak.
