It was a fluke allowed Nigeria overtake South Africa.Oil down Nigeria down.

The interesting thing is that the emerging markets are attracting inflows again.
With a few difference though:

China is out.
blogs.barrons.com

So are Oil exporting countries.

If grows pick up in the emerging markets sans China not oil exporting countries, there is another difference.

They will be growing with cheap oil.
