To all: If you have not sent in your vote for the January 5 meeting please do so. This has been mentioned earlier in December, but it is important to get a quorum. In my opinion, that is one reason why the stock has been flat lately. It is very unusual for a company not to have its proposal's accepted. If it is declined, it shows that the shareholders do not trust the directors and certainly does not encourage new investment. Again as was mentioned earlier you can phone in your proxy to 1-800-454-8683 all you need to know is your control number from your proxy statement and how you want to vote! Thank you Brian
