Sheriff David Clarke went on FOX Business Network on Monday afternoon to discuss the violence, shootings and rioting in Milwaukee this past weekend.

Sheriff Clarke described the rioting as “tribal behavior” where the “law of the jungle” took over.

Sheriff David Clarke: The social order collapsed on Saturday night. When social order collapses tribal behavior takes over. The law of the jungle replaces the rule of law and that’s why you end up with what you saw. Last night it was a little better, not good enough for me. I won’t be satisfied until these creeps crawl back into their holes.
