Y2K PRICE ALERT: On the last trading day of 1997, as the calendar is about to change one digit to 1998, guess which stock outperformed the rest of the Y2K stock sector today?

That's right ... IAIC (+24.44% to 14 and +33.33% from yesterday's intra-day low of 10 1/2)! And on heavy volume to boot (over 350,000 shares over the past two days). Volume like that is very un-IAIC-like!

For now it sure looks like ... WEEEE'RE BAAAAACK!

I suppose the TED EFFECT lives! TED graced the IAIC folder on SIwith an inquiry this week when the stock touched 11 5/8.

I remain ver-r-ry long on IAIC whose unique CA Y2K remediation partnership for CA's 4GL database management products, solid management and relatively low $80 million market cap make it a very compelling Y2K investment.

Have a Happy New Year to all!

Regards.

Elliot
