Sold my small FNBC position at $12.2 - a not so nice loss after holding a couple of days. I did so after they missed their deadline to file the 10k at 8/15. Now they extended this to 8/25. From my experience, it is not a good sign when a financial institution can't get their books straightened out and auditors work overtime. This is strange, because they did file their FDIC record (which is a complete balance sheet as well) on time. I'd rather take my small lumps here - it was time to either go in more, or taking my lumps. I chose the latter.
