Do you really think the same company was going to lend money to someone in the oil and gas business or the water business? That would seem a stretch, although Puhr would be the common denominator there.

But the halt is only on RMIL, not MVPH, and not PRTI. Connecting them to the halt is a mistake IMHO, as the SEC says they have the problem with RMIL in their press release.
