Glad it is going well. Busy summer for me too, all travel, usually without access to trade so I am just watching from the sidelines. FEO and LVN are both examples of great projects finding some attention. Almost everything good has gone up multiples since the new year. A very nice year so far after a few where the gains were incremental and a bit painful sometimes.
