Chief, I suppose your right, but in the current market and the way things have been going for me - I am trying to remain optimistic - maybe I'm even starting to live a fantasy. All these numbers are starting to make me have serious dreams of financial disaster lately. 1998 seems to be ushering in some better numbers but I'm a long way from breaking even yet.
