Ruby check and see, first the court case, then the drop in share price (A few months seperation from the filling(sp?)). I would like to see the law-suit resolved as the company needs to have undisputed resources(share$$) to take the product to market. Distributors are easy as there is no cash outlay. Production is where it counts. For the record,I am very impressed with the company, despite their ignorance toward their Web page. (Try to e-mail them, very poor showing for a TECH Company). I am long,despite a brief sabatical when it counted.

IMHO lawsuit goes away if Volume allows share price to stay in the TWENTY'S. They screwed themselves as they could have gone quietly and sold silently(sp?) in the FORTIES. Right now you can buy the whole company for $0.20 a share. It's the lawsuit that is holding everthing back. Order of events was;
FILE FOR LAWSUIT
NOTHING BUT TIME
PRESS (BAD BUT MONTHS LATE)
DUMP
DUMP
GREAT PRESS
WHO CARES (LAWSUIT)

Mid-Forties to Mid-Teens the only explanation is LAWYERS INVOVLVED.

XINEX GREAT, LAWSUIT BAD

E-mail address is posted but I'd rather see it here.
