HI al, Telecom is advanced in price. two years ago I made a lot on putting T. I thought it was high at 38 and it has gone up to 44 but has backed off just this month. Cmtl bought out TCS - they have the next level of 911 which triangulates off of gps to pinpoint the caller. It will be a long governmental roll out. Merger synergies are the hope of a dividend continuation. I agree about the dividends getting paid until they don't - but once a community buys your 911 service it should be a sticky business and global at that. small position for me - I'm chasing yield on this utility = telecom.
